10 months!

Well, we're at 10 months old already!  Ainsley continues to warm our hearts and amaze us strong personality, sweet embraces and hilarious faces, sounds and gestures.  We cannot thank God enough for giving her to us to love, protect, raise and teach her about Him!

She has a big gap between her 2 top teeth!  Hoping her adult teeth come in closer! Ha!

A little behind...

Lots have been going on lately!!  I can't seem to post often enough, so be prepared for many pictures!
First off, the local fair was in town so we couldn't miss that.  Of course, Lucas wanted to ride the ponies....

Later that afternoon Ainsley helped Daddy mow the lawn.

And our little back sleep has turned into a tummy sleeper (occasionally)
Aren't they so precious when they sleep?

Ainsley also finished up her last swim class of the summer.  She learned a lot and had tons of fun!  She even let me dunk her several times without crying!  Her favorite was reaching and 'swimming' for the balls in the water!  Pete got to come to her last class and take a few pictures.

My dear friend, Shauna (since we were 4 and 5 years old!) was visiting in Westminster so Ainsley and I made the trip up to see her and their beautiful daughters.  Although short (and distracting with our little ones!), we had a great time catching up.

Shauna and Ainsley!  Shauna is expecting their
3rd late September - a boy!!
Trying to set us all situated for a picture

Jared's HOME!!

For those of you who do not know, for the past 9 months my brother has been deployed in Afghanistan. Back in May my parents, Melissa and Gunnar welcomed him home in Hawaii.  Thank you God for watching over him, protecting him and bringing him home safely!!

Since then he got promoted, becoming a Captain of the Marines.
And finally Jared made it home to Massachusetts this past weekend where we could see him!!  We had a welcome home party for him on Saturday down at the camp and celebrated my Mom's birthday.  Ainsley was being VERY clingy, but otherwise good.  We watched amazing fireworks over the water (which Ainsley completely slept through!), spent lots of time in the pool, and Lucas was SO excited to go on the jetski!  Even though we had some tired kiddos by the end of the trip, we had a great time!!

Gunnar=Just like his Daddy!  Being adventurous!
